Grilldog Presents: Episodes 1-4

Grilldog Presents is a cooking show that is aired on Public Access TV across the United States, New Zealand and Australia. Grilldog and his off-beat Grillpack of friends demonstrate varies recipes from Grilldog's Travels. This is a bright and refreshing show that although Chaos abounds, produces some easy and inexpensive recipes. In short, if Grilldog can do it, you can too. So join the Grillpack of friends for a four paws and a tail salute of a show.

This DVD includes his first 4 Episodes. Each episode is 28.5 minutes and is as aired.

Episode 1: How to Grille,  we learn out to take control of our Charcoal Grille and are introduced to various characters from Grilldog's Grillpack of friends... Keep an eye on Billdog...

Episode #2 Lotsa Pasta, Grilldog shows us that he's more then just a "Grill" dog and teaches us various pasta sauce Recipes.

Episode #3, Sushi. Sushi doesn't mean raw fish and Grilldog shows us how to make sushi rice with out expensive equipment. Plus how to make a sushi roll with various ingredients.

Episode #4 Portobello Mushrooms, Grilldog shows us various Grilled Mushroom recipes, including a burger, a pizza, a Philly style sub and some other surprises!

#41 "Out of Gas" Grillpup has put Poor Grilldog in the dog house because he invited his friends over to watch the big game and the food he served gave everyone extreme gas. #42 "Coo Coo Dogs" Filmed on location at the Coo Coo Club in Lakeside, CA. Grilldog makes a variety of toppings for you wiener! 44. Lotsa Pasta 2: Creamed. Filmed at the Coo Coo Club in Lakeside, CA Grilldog demonstrates recipes for a Whiskey Cream Sauce, a Vodka Cream Sauce and a Champagne Cream sauce.

45. Chicken Pot Pie. There's a variety of Pot Pies and Grilldog grew up with a Pennsylvania Dutch style. Therefore after introducing his new co-host "Jr Dog" Grilldog sets out and demonstrates this delicious dish from making the chicken stock to the grand finale, eating the pot pie. Grillpup certainly had a lot to say about this one.

46. Momma's Night Off. With Grillpup busy raising Jr Dog, Grilldog gives her the night off and makes a healthy meal based on the pyramid of foods that will help replace the nutrients she is losing by breastfeeding, even Jr Dog benefited from this meal. Recipes include a Mango Chutney and an Asian Hoisen Sauce.

47. Tantalizing Tacos II, Part 1. This episode was so big we had to film it in two parts. Filmed at Backyard Creations in Kearny Mesa, CA Grilldog is joined by 3 lovely ladies from the local Gentleman's club. Together they demonstrate how to smoke on a Green Egg and they make Spanish Rice and a Coleslaw with a Carolina BBQ Sauce Recipe.

48. Tantalizing Tacos II, Part 2, Yes it's a two parter that spans two DVD's.  In this part we create a new tequila drink called a Sexican. Plus, we finish up making those Grilled Tacos at Back Yard Creates in Kearny Mesa, CA.  They were kind enough to provide us with the tri tip and a location to film and T&H Prime Meats and Sausages in San Marcus provide us with the Skirt Steak. 

49. Getting Saucy, Grilldog is invited over to the Warm Hearth in La Mesa to try out some of their Grilles.  They provide all the meat and veggies and Grilldog creates 6 sauces from his Recipe book, Grilldog's Guide to Food, Fun and Friends that went great on everything grilled or smoked.

50. Recipes for Romance.  What to do for the BIG 50? Grilldog provides us with the help of the Grill Gals from Pure Platinum, Foods and  Recipes that are Aphrodisiacs.  Set as a talk show, Grilldog and the Grill Gals hang out on the stage at Pure Platinum Gentleman's Lounge and Sports Bar in Kearny Mesa and discuss the PERFECT Romantic Dinner.  Several Courses, lots of recipes and a veggie oiling scene that you may have to ask those with a heart disorder to leave the room! IT's HOT!

51 Beer, Fondue & Fun.  After the filming of Getting Saucy, Grilldog wandered into a local Pub and they were already Fans of the show! It wasn't Long before Grilldog agreed to film a show their with the beer the sell. Therefore, we made Beer Fondue, we made a Fat Tire Cheese Fondue and an Arrogant Bastard Asian fusion cheese fondue, a beef Hefeweizen Broth and a Honey Brown Dessert Fondue.

Grilldog Presents another Great 4 episode package of Food, fun and Friends.

52. OMGzilla. Grilldog visits Tokyo, Japan and takes us on a tour. We visit the famous Tokyo Fish Market, eat sushi for breakfast and Grilldog demonstrates Monjayaki!

53 Pig'n Out. Grilldog test drives a new grille on the market with a stuffed pig, Trout with a tomatillo salsa, grilled veggies and a number of flavored butter recipes.

54 Family Fish'n Fun. Grilldog takes a fishing Trip on the Charter Boat Big Game 90 and cruises down to Mexico. It's family day and kids fish for free! Plus, we fry up their catch and sample them with Grilldog's flavored tartar sauces.

55. Jerk'n Around. Grilldog takes recipes from France and South Africa, adds his own twists and makes recipes using Jerky as an ingredient.
