Well, gang I turned in episode #4 Portabello Mushrooms to the station the other day. Now I'm just waiting for the air dates. This is a great episodes that shows you a number of ways to serve this porter steak of the mushroom family.

If you've been following along, the episode aired Sunday night to rave reviews. Many of my veggie friends loved the ideas presented. Of course, I got a swelled head when the biggest complement was, OMG, he really has a Charismatic appearance on the Telly! Gosh, I'm blushing! Therefore, over all I must give the show a four paws and a tail salute of a success! Then again, I am modest!... FYI the show airs again on September 13th at 7pm on Cox Channel 23, in San Diego (18 in the North County region)

Really nice Shaw, And I enjoyed this Shaw very much.We eat mushrooms at least twice a week.Sometimes we over buy mushrooms,and are concerned about storage.

Mushrooms are great, especially on the grill and there are so many kinds of mushrooms one can get, it's really great.
