Sometimes I also lurk around here in Grilldog's site, but that is only if I only log in in the Morning then I only read here and there if there is no time to post as I then read while working.
But at least I don't send crummy messages and be nasty to our friend Grilldog.

Deal I'm no lurker just a big supporter of Grilldog.
I you were here with me now I would have surely have given you a banana as my Mom (she lives with me) gave me some bananas for lunch as I'm trying to cut out my coffee and that is a bad one, so I eat my Fibre in the morning and fruit during the day, and today I got bananas.

It's good cutting on coffee jeez all that caffeine is killing me and then I like sweet coffee and I really don't like sweetners so I'll rather go without and drink my water I already feel better without all that coffee. Maybe I'll be sleeping better at night also - LOL.
