sleeping better widout coffe??????

y? i drink coffe b4 going to bed each night... and i drink creem coffe... plain sugered coffe... instant coffe... capechino (hope its the way 2 spell it), all kinds of coffe thts available... i evn make good coffe... belive it or not !!!!

its only b4 exams tht i take raw black coffe.... and i take it real strong.... clears up the head like a charm... yes... i m as addicted to coffe as one can be ....

y... frnd hav steady jokes on my coffe consumpsion :)

Well in general I'm an Insomniac (hope you know what it means) but coffee makes is even worse.

hey grill mum... thanks in advance... and yes i knw wat insomnia is... i had physiology major.... so i had to knw a lot of tensyllable terms :) ... well if u had trouble sleeping thn no wonder coffe wont b ur fev.... me??? i hav trouble waking up.... really...

that one time... i had a hollyday in the school so was utilising it in sleeping.... my ma had me wind up the alarm so i cud wake up b4 ma returns so i can open the door to her... so the alarm went off... the ppl saying next to us in the house neighbouring ours winced ... alarm was readjusting type (u knw the one tht readjust itself to went off 10 min later again if u do not shut it off?) ... so it went off again... the neighbours winced... i slept on... so then the battery of the alarm died .. the neighbours were relieved... i sleot on... ma came... ringed the bell... i slept on... ma ... aftr waiting ... called the local boys for help... the kicked and punched the door... they shouted at the top of their voice... i slept on... then one boy some how managed to break a window pane... and inserted a long stick through it... luckyly my bed was near the window... so he poked me and shouted...

i woke up...

from that day my ma always takes the key along with her and lockes the door from outside....

so u see... i hav no problem with coffe...

I guess i probally should have edited this thread and move Mouri's and Ursula's conversation to their own thread, however, Grilldog's are lazy dogs sometimes so let's get back on track here... I was once again arching my back as more of my "friends" were requesting free DVD's. These people have not even shown up for a filming, joined my forum or anything! So, with that fueling my brain, i started the contest here. If anyone wants a free DVD they'll just have to earn it. I have no problem with that and I look forward to the results! woo hoo

sorry we deviated gdog ... actually once i start talking .. it becomes so hard to keep track of what i was talking about .. and u r right .. larkers are a nuisance ..

That's not a problem Mouri, my forum is for people to have conversations and if the deviate from the Main topic, who cares as long as they are not spamming me. If it gets too way out, I may say something but I'm pretty laid back.

that's pretty smart, guess he was having the same problems I have. I have no idea why people will visit a forum, and want to say something so they just email me. It's a forum for posting not emailing!!!!

Malevolent lurkers
Some lurkers may attempt to heavily involve themselves in the administration of a moderated forum by repeatedly alerting moderators to comments which offend their political or moral point of view, but refrain from participating in the discussion directly. Some of these lurkers occasionally post comments praising moderators, usually in an effort to curry favor.


Benign lurkers
Most lurkers, however, are either shy, feel inadequately educated on a given topic, or are uncomfortable expressing their thoughts in written form on email lists. They enjoy reading others' posts and responses to them, but refrain from adding their own contributions. They have been known to send comments off-list, to individual posters, which are frequently positive.


Constructive lurkers
The constructive lurker is a person who regularly reads online forums but rarely posts. These individuals might have a high degree of sophistication within the topic of any given forum, but are unwilling to post detailed replies. Lurkers of this sort are not shy about posting. Smart-Ass lurkers
The "smart-ass lurker" is a person who watches a discussion take place, only to intervene with a derisive comment or "gotcha" comment that sends up the active participants (from a smug, detached position).


Perverted lurkers
The "perverted lurker" is a person who watches online discussions for the purposes of sexual arousal. They are often condemned by moderators and participants of topics such as women's issues and transsexualism, because they find their presence degrading. They may observe topics that are not prurient in and of themselves such as fashion, hair, and medical discussion boards. They may for instance, find something arousing in a discussion on breast cancer.
