I've dropped off the ice cream episode at Cox, now I just have to wait for them to give me the air dates and then next month, my one hour holiday special cooool....

The ice cream episode will be aired on Cox

Wednesday, November 29th at 6pm (join us for Happy Hour at the Blarney Stone in El Cajon.

say grillmum, and grilldog .. i was thinking .. people make all kind of designs on cakes .. like a whole village, or like jack and jill tumbling down .. or like little idols dancing or playing the guiter etc .to name a few i have seen and liked in the local cake shop ... say ... cant they make such pretty designs on icecreem too ?? or is it too soft to make a shape and hold it ????

Just to note, the caramel recipe is in my guide book but the ice cream recipes are only on the DVD so if anyone wants the ice cream recipes they'll have to buy the DVD or enter the current contest and request the ice cream episode as one of their two special DVD selections...

yes mouri it is, but it's very time consuming.

what's with designer ice cream, mouri? it doesn't matter whether it is designer or not, as long as it is cold and refreshing.... i like vanilla and chocolate ice cream (very traditional).
