Good ole Grilldog and the entire Grillpack of Friends want to send out their warmest thanks to one of our newest Pack members and Official Winery of Grilldog Presents: William and Tammy owners of Hacienda de Las Rosas Peruvian Paso Horse Ranch, Vineyards and Winery.
We met William and Tammy a month before we filmed "Wine, Meats, Grille" over a glass of wine and some good food at their Winery and Horse Farm. After a few minutes (and a few more glasses of wine) we had developed a strong relationship and some great plans for a show.
Originally, we were going to use the Hacienda as a back drop for the show but due to over cast skies, chilly weather adding to a dwindling cast of characters, we changed the script from script 1 to script 2. We moved the Grille into the patio, our sound crew immediately turned off the water fountain (you have to hear Good ole Grilldog barking orders). However, we ended up with a great show.
William and Tammy provided us some horses to ride, a great facility and I have no clue how much wine and additional food they served the 30 of us there. Many people helped out ( you can see them "milling around" during the filming and generally having a good time.
Anyone wanting to know more about the Hacienda de las Rosas, visit their website at http://www.haciendadelasrosas.org and tell them Grilldog Sent ya.
Also, please feel free to post your comments on this thread!
