how are u now? GOD!! i dont belive it !! i disappear for just a few month and both u and nance fell sick ! i m not joking !! (seriously, i m not) .. i m sorry .. i mean .. i wish i was there for u guys ..

are u two looking after urselves now? and minding ur doctors and taking ur meds? i miss all the fun..

i will update u guys on the activities here from time to time .. as for now .. my work is going well and my mom is not feeling well either !!! she has a lot of trouble with walking these days .. it hurts her so much she can barely walk now ..

and um .. gdog ... uh .. March has just begun .. right? the world still has to go at least 25 rotations more, right?

joking aside .. i m sorry i havnt been able to enjoy my gift yet .. i m looking 4rd to my dvdplayer too

I'm much better the antibiotics have kicked in I'm doing much better and back on my feet and getting ready for next weeks filming of Grilled Irish Tacos

So you are giving a four paws salute to the antibiotics?? Glad to hear you are feeling better. We need you here.

yes I am, although they make me tired, I'm hoping to be done with them in about 2 days!

Well, 2 days isn't too long. Then it will probably take you a few more days to get over the side effects. I find it helpful to take probiotics (like are in Activia yogurt) when I have to take antibiotics.

Oh, I eat a yogur every morning, low fat of course, with a stick of string cheese, yum yum

Well, I am not allowed much, if any, dairy products. However, I make an exception when I am given antibiotics. Speaking of which, how are you feeling? Haven't seen you on here since Friday.

I've been pretty busy, we went out with the Band Dannicus all day saturday and helped promote their upcoming gig for the VFW and yesterday I was doing chores.

OH, I can tell you that I hear Grilldog had a great day. It's unfortunate that he had to run out of town on a family emergency because he was really looking forward to a great ST Pat's weekend, Sat night with Dannicus and Sun making Grilled Irish Taco's. However, you know Grilldog. His heart is always in the right place and I wish him and his family well.
