hey grilldog, i have read the book. i also like the story of the snoring you. very funny. then, may i ask. in the spicy crab dip why do you need tobacco? hehehe. well, just check it out. is it really Injun Curry Chicken?
well, i have to go to the market asap for ingredients. i like to try mango salsa, hawaiian chicken, buffalo wings, and corn meal waffles.
in the corn meal waffles, i still don't have waffle iron. can i just deep fried it?

my .. i knew u will love the book .. now that u mention it .. i might as well take a look at them ingradients too .. it never even occured to me that those things might not b available here .. i will make a list and ask for the names of substitutes here .. thats ok grildog ??

Of course, I'll do my best with the ingrediants and substitutions. You don't have to use tabasco, it just makes it a bit more spicy. As far as I know that's Indian Curry but you'll have to check with mouri she's the expert on Indian Food, what about it Mouri is that like what you have over there? I'm not sure about the corn meal waffles and deep frying, it'll probally turn out more like hushpuppies, so you'll probally want to fry up the dough and eat with melted butter or some sort of sauce because it might be a bit on the dry side and try adding some hot peppers and/or cheese to the batter for something different. Actually, you could probally add diced veggies of any kind to the batter for different tastest

yeah, the waffle iron allows the batter to form a moist bread, where as frying would dry it out. For the waffles, which are great with eggs and salsa, you want them fluffy and moist.

i like waffles very much. i am still asking for my cousin to help me buy the waffle iron.
