Here's the question,is there anyone out there that does not eat, or at some time doesn't have access to a kitchen or someone that does? I didn't think so. Therefore, here's the contest...

1st the Prize:  For the first 3 people to complete the contest by May, 31st 2007 (either in the UNITED STATES or elsewhere in the world) I will ship free of charge 1, 2 episode DVD of my show Grilldog Presents.  Any two episodes of you're Choosing - except the hour long holiday special) (see http://www.grilldog.com/paypalorder.html) for listings and descriptions of shows) Even if it hasn't aired yet!  

Here's what you need to do by May 31st.

By May 31st you need to make and eat (or at least sample) 10 of the recipes in my book.  That means either make them or have someone else make them and then at least taste them.  (no you don't have to make all 10 at once, one at a time is fine).

Then post here, a review of the item you tasted as well as a review of the story I wrote associated with that recipe in my book.

Your review should include: How difficult was it to make? Any problems making it, Where the directions easy to follow? Any suggestions for improvement?  How did it look? Taste?  Smell? Plus one or two sentences, at least about the associated story or verbiage included with the recipe.  Plus, you all like to read and post, add anything else to your review you like!  If it’s written well, I might just add it to my book with your by line!

OK, what are the catches?

1. You have 2 months, till May 31st 2007
2. I’m also running the contest on another forum. So I’m only taking the 1st three winners total!  So you’re actually competing against the folks on another site too.  I’ll keep everyone posted on how the contest is proceeding on both sites.

Considering I’m going to custom make and design your personal, one of a kind laser etched GOLD DVD for each of the 3 lucky winners, I don’t think this is too much to ask.

The contest will end, once I have a total of 3 winners from the forums, or May 31st which ever comes first.

Well, if that's not enough to tempt people to join, nothing will! Since guests cannot download your book, if they want it, they have to join!

Great contest! Now that I am going to be spending a good deal of time practicing my recipes in my kitchen, I can incorporate your recipes in the mix and win me some DVD's!

awesome, and since you are an inspiring chef yourself, I expect nothing less then brutal honesty! :-) oh, and don't everyone submit a review on the boiled egg recipe, I saw that one in your eyes! LOL...

oh wait, the egg is out ? gosh !!! that was my target to b sure ...but this has to b voted the greatest idea since i joined !!! ...

but i must get my kitchen and house insured again burning down first !! .. just kidding .. my exam ends around mid may .. so i got lot of time after that ..

well Mouri, since the contest ends at the end of may, you have from Mid May till the end of may, that's about 2 weeks and if 3 people post before you, well that's it... sorry

is it on first come first serve basis ??? anyway . i still wud like to take part in it ... and take my chances .. even if i cant win .. i can always buy those dvds later when i get settled , cant i ??? but i do want to win too ... lets see wat happens ...

Yes, Mouri, it's the first 3 people to offer 10 reviews or May 31st which ever comes first will end the contest. If no one reaches 10 posts by May 31st, no one wins.

I read a rumour about a Contst with You Recipy's and A DVD as the Prize . That is a great idea. I hope lot's of People come and have fun. Just as long as every body know's that DVD is Mine.
