guys guys ..please read it carefully .. i am acting under the suggesstion of our noble and fearless leader ...

Guys .. need ur help .. see .. our fev forum is growing .. and with its growth a new need for certain guidelines are becoming more and more necessary .. otherwise .. it might actually become a chaotic flea bazaar rather than a respectable dog house that we have all come to love ..

some of us members cooked up a few guidelines under our fearless leaders protection … and here I am posting them (some ideas --borrowed from jude’s . cel had been a great help in this account) .. but our noble leader is all for democracy  ..

so he (and we) want u all to go through the guidelines below   .. carefully consider them ..

-->if they sound stuffy .. just yell .. but b specific please …

-->if u want to add something u think will b helpful to the forum or forum members .. u are so welcome to air ur ideas ..

--> if u want to totally get rid of any of these rules below .. do speak up ..


I ask all u members ... old AND NEW ONES TOO , to please help us build the guidelines of this fev forum of us together ..

Ok .. here they are …



1. each post with minimum 2 sentences.

2. no double posting within 8 hours gap .. click on the edit button , then click on full edit .. then edit a post if u want to change anything or add anything to the last post .

3. posts containing only smiles and only words like "LOL. ROFL." are invalid..

4. try to keep up to the topic as much as possible (a thing i am trying hard to do)..


5th guideline : dont spam

6th guideline : dont lurk

7. welcome only new members and dont copy paste the same thing again and again ..

8. last but not the least ... have unlimited fun .. for we are all about food fun and frnds ..

Thanks Mouri, actually, I have hard time sometimes with the two sentences rule. To post two sentences after some posts would be as hard as finding a fart in a jacuzzi. Any ideas?

hmmm. i am confuse here. for discussion purposes only, can you explain each rule?

cel .. tht 2 sentence rule i stole borrowed 4m jude's .. i think its to keep members more active .. i mean suppose every body once starts to make posts like..

... i mean this is the sure shot way to kill a thread unless someday somebody gets sick of the monosyllablic replies and starts drifting away from the topic.. what do u say cel ??

althu sometimes its kinda hard to reply anything else but with a "thank u"... or "sounds yammy"...

but its not that hard to think up 2 sentences gdog.. dont whine

how about 2 sentences or one long one? is that a compremise?

Hey!!! I think those rules sound exceptional, if I do say so myself!!! Ok, G'dog! If you don't want to use 2 sentences, I also allow one well thought out sentence. What is that, you say? Well, here is link to help you out!

uh, ok but I think I write well thought out sentences. I've heard Grilldog Barking about some spammers in judes sight hope that all works out... I think he needs a vacation
