Coolsign This was absolutely divine on Sunday I made it with the Pineapple rice (new thread), what a combination but very very nice.

I had to make a few changes again as I could not find Cilantro so I just used normal parsley and olive oil is extremely expensive, so yes I used plain oil as well as lemons and limes is very scares so I used my lemon juice, I buy a 2 litre of lemon juice every month as I do love to use it in my food.

Grilldog this is another winner, I've made this before as well and I must say it tasted better this time.
Glad you liked it! I love curry! Of course it does go great with the pineapple Rice. You're getting close to your 10 posts! Mouri almost got there last month but stopped, we haven't heard much from her lately, I hope she didn't get food poisioning or something!

Yes, you can substitute parsley for cilantro and lemon juice out of a bottle is ok too.
You know some people get upset if you change a recipe but what can we do if we can not get the ingredients it's terrible, then you just use a similar substitute and you said it's ok then I'm sure you would not mind.

I'm sure Mouri is ok although I've posted on her threads and she haven't answered yet, we'll have to wait and see.
she was posting up a storm on Jude's sight yesterday and she says she's finished her 10 and will post them all soon. Yeppers, I don't mind people changing the recipe that's part of what I'm trying to show people that it's really bizarre to think that one person has THE recipe to use since everyone has different tastes, I try and make recipes that are very simple, inexpensive and very tasty that also can be altered in quite a number of ways. Sort of the first block of a stepping stone.
