I don't know if this one will count as I've made it last year and I told my best friend Gerdamarié that I'm busy with a competition and she said well you did make it even though it's so long ago, we can always make it next week with my Sisters youngest daughter thats turning 16 and I'm sure they will enjoy it as much as we did.

When I made this I did not change anything and took it with to my friend's house and I must tell you everybody enjoyed it and I only had one piece.

So yes maybe I must make it when I go to my sisters next weekend.

Hope this one counts?Dontknow
Thanks could you make more then a once sentence review? It's ok that you made it a year ago, I'm looking for reviews, like did you have any trouble making it? finding ingrediants? What was folks reaction etc. Yes, it will count towards your ten although you made it a year ago :-)
Well my friends Mom said she liked the Honey and Mustard combination and made her think of Hilda do you remember the lady from the soap we talked about, she always made combinations and sometimes it's good and sometimes it flops, but this is a good combination and like I mentioned, the only bad thing was that I only got one piece after it was cut up as everybody ate it all up as they said that it was really wonderful and really enjoyed it.

To find the ingredients is not diffucult just have to use some substitute but thats not a problem, we have a nice Housewife Market in our area and they are very very cheap with their prices as they buy in really big bulk and we get most of our vegetables and salads stuff their I really safe a lot going there even if I only buy small quantities instead of a normal green grocer that is usually very expensive.
Thanks! Well, you'll have to make it again and get more then one piece this time. When I'm over seas I love those markets, we don't have much like that here, pretty much just grocery stores. But I liked going out and grabbing what I wanted on the way back from work and then everything was so much fresher!
Oh yes this Market is so good, and everybody just about from this area goes there, it's fresh and we really get new fruit and veggies everyday as everybody buys there is no time for anything to go bad.

The only thing that was a bit expensive on this was the lamb itself, but that is not a problem, and I'm surely gonna make it again maybe this weekend, will have to see, but first going to buy groceries on Friday or Saturday as we are going to my Sisters on Sunday and I think I must make it and then I can surely have more as my family is not as big as my Friends family, jeez they are about 15 people just together with just the in-laws as their children are already grown and my sisters are still young and with all of us it's only 8 and then I should definetly have some more.
you could probally try the marinade with other cuts of meat as well, chicken, beef, even fish most likely, you'll have to let me know how it turns out.
i have never had any kind of lamb .. but my brother had .. he makes a dish thats called palang lamb .. which is lamb with lota of do dah with herbs .. he kind of made it up .. u know mixing and matching different other recipes .. with his roommate .. at that time .. anyway .. it really sounds yum yum .. but all these recipes do .. and they taste yum yum too ..

but ursula, tell me .. who is hilda ????
Mouri,

All I can on that question is laugh, as this is a Afrikaans Soap we have in South Africa every evening at 6:30 and Minxy told Grilldog about her she makes various strange dishes and very STRANGE combinations with food but she is the dearest little thing and she calls everybody dearie, it's so sweet.

I must get some of the recipes and give them to Grilldog maybe he would like it.
well she sounds like fun ! did gdog and hilda ever made a joint show ?
No joint show I don't think Hilda knows who good old Grilldog even sigh, but that's today, tomorrow is a different day! Well, Mouri, I love lamb when cooked right if it's not cooked right I think it has a bad taste, you'll have to try it!
