Zesty Chicken
4 Chicken Breasts
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons horseradish – prepared
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoons catsup
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon key west lime juice or the Juice of one Freshly squeezed Lime
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of your favorite hot sauce, habanera hot sauce works great,
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Save some reserve to pour over top of the chicken when served. Grill indirectly; baste the chicken when placing on the grille and every half hour until completed. This works best with Chicken Breasts or smaller pieces because every time you remove the lid to baste you’ll lose heat, but whole chickens work great too, it’ll just take about 2-3 times longer then usually. Suggested wine: Tequila (yeah, I know Tequila isn’t a wine, but it’s what it’s best served with!

I've made this last night, as I have to loose weight this is perfect as there is actually very little fat it in and I took the skin from the chicken as well and that means less fat and GrillMum needs less fat and that's good.
We all love chicken and I'm gonna make most of Grilldog's chicken and this one is as good as the Injun Curry Chicken and this weekend when I go buy my Groceries most of my meat is going to be Chicken it's also much healthier eating Chicken and light on my pocket as well as chicken is much cheaper than red meat.
Ok a few changes but very little, I've used all the ingredients except I used a very medium or do you call it a light hot sauce it's really actually very nice and this Ruben will eat, but too hot and you can forget it, then it burns his mouth he say, so yes I did use that and I hope that what you call catsup is tomato sauce as that is the same as Ketchup and that is what I used.
The last change I did will be a NO NO in grilldog's book but as it is Winter time and very cold here with us at the moment I actually made it on the stove (sorry Grilldog) in my heavy black pot with a heavy lid and it was also very very nice next I will try it in the Summer time and then I will surely do it on the grill.
I cooked it very slowly and we all enjoyed it and I had to promise my Brother that ate with us that I will make it again as he loves chicken actually we all do, but my Bro with eat chicken every day of his life but I promised I will make it again as it is very easy and quick to prepare and the cooking time is really not that much.
We did not have any wine (Tequila) with it as we have to work today and if we start drinking on weekdays who's gonna want to go to work, no way, will do this when either on leave or on weekends and then have a drink with it, but Tequila in weektime is a NO NO. Hope somebody will try this as well as it really is easy to prepare and great tasting.
