Wingy's
12 chicken Wingy’s or Drummettes
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup green onion chopped fine
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 cup French dressing (tomato ketchup.)
1 teaspoon thyme (tej pata)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin (zeera)
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Lightly coat chicken with flour, then fry. In another skillet, melt butter and cook green onions with garlic over medium heat.
Remove from heat and stir in French dressing thyme, oregano, cumin and hot pepper sauce. Add chicken to coat.
once again .. I wasn’t present during the cooking .. it was done the same day with pineapple rice and we took it during dinner with that rice .. so once again I cant say how hard or easy it was to cook .. but I can vouch for the fact that how hard it is to study with every kind of spicy smell coming out of the kitchen !!!
I see minixe and Ursula already tried that .. and there is no way my comment could b any different from them as it was a blast .. be the aroma or be the taste .. it was a winner on all accounts .. except for substituting tomato ketchup for French dressing the recipe wasn’t modified and it came out so great .. I mean .. I will definitely rate this the best among all the other dishes I have tasted (if it was not for ranchero salsa!!).. u know the best way to have it ?? its with rooties .. u know .. Indian hand made bread .. because it should be a main course .. not just side dish with pineapple rice .. God how I relished it !!!!
OMG, another Wingy review!!! ahhh, wait, should I patent this? I don't have a clue... someone please tell me why of my over 100 recipes this outshines them all! Oh well, I guess we stumbled onto something Great! Thanks Mouri, hehe... Grilldog's have been known to lure folks away from studies LOL

yes, I can be evil that way, I do call my pots and pans my caldrons and my recipes, secret incantations of decadence! I think the wingys and pineapple rice would go great together, to winners at once! Oh, I actually don’t bread my wingy’s I just heat them up naked just an fyi, they’re a little healthier that way LOL I also try and make my recipes so that it's a blend of flavors so that each bite could actually taste a bit different as it touches different taste buds? Did you all experience that?

No way I taste everything from the start as I eat very slowly my Dad always like to sit with me untill I finish my food, he always said that he just loves the way I eat my food cause I eat very very slow and I really enjoy my food so I taste and eat each bite totally but yes the different tastes is there in every bite but to me they are all the same as I taste it totally the first time anyhow!!!
No I had my rice with the Injun Chicken Curry and that was a winner as well!!!
shake hands ursula .. me too .. i like to taste my food .. i eat so slow that everybody gets frustrated about how much time i take to finish one dish !!! my bro jokingly says .. other ppl uses there cerebelum to taste but i use the biggest part of my cerebrum for that purpose !!!
If I'm out at a fancy restaurant I eat slow too, however, when I'm grilling and chilling i pretty much pick as I go along and them I'm too full for dinner LOL... Oh, my stirrer is my broom stick and Mouri, you forgot, I do have a black cat named Guinness He's actually in my shows I'll have to make sure I post a picture of him on the dvd section
