Good Ole Grilldog is entering an International Chili Cook-Off on July 28th!

The International Chili Society is sponsoring an International Chili Cook- Off Saturday July 28th from 11am - 6pm at Stu Segall Productions Film Studio, 4705 Ruffin Road, San Diego, CA 92123 (Next to Studio Diner). Over 300 people are expected, plus celebrities from Hollywood. The competition is going to be Hot and Grilldog and his Grillpack of Friends are going to have their paws full. I'm sure the fur is going to fly and the fire hot as our team of Grilldog, Grillpup, Billdog and Mellow Dog tries to battle their way to Number 1. Come out and show your support! Vote, Team Grilldog!

Plus our good Buddies at T&H Prime Meats and Sausages, http://www.tandhsausage.com located at 735 E Mission Rd, in San Marcos, are providing the Meat for Good ole Grilldog's infamous Red Chili!

There will be live music, a classic car show, festival, food and MORE! Yes, a Shoot & Holler Contest and a Miss Chili Pepper Winner! I also hear there will be a beer wagon. All proceds will go directly to support wounded U.S. Marines (who will attend the event). The ICS is the largest food contest & festival organization the world. The ICS is a non-profit organizaiton that sanctions chili cookoffs with judging and cooking rules & regulations. These events are worldwide and benefit charities and/or non profit organizations usually in their local communities. Oh, did I mention it was going to be filmed by the FOOD NETWORK!!! MOVE OVER RACHEAL RAY, GRILLDOG'S COMING! Giggle your way out of that one my sweetie LOL...


So everyone in or near San Diego come on out and help Grilldog win. For $5 you get to sample all the chili and vote your favorite (Grilldog's wink wink nudge nudge) for the People's Choice award, while Grilldog and the team trys to make red chili in under 3 hours! It's going to be HOT!

the food network is a television station that airs nothing but food related shows. It's the number one Network here for that and everyone wants to get on their show.

I would probably move to new mexico and just commute to where ever I would have the show Sante Fe has a lot of nice production facilities and is actually becoming the new hollywood. Or I'll just have a number of houses and move whenever the weather changed LOL... BUNNIES LOL I LOVE BUNNIES LOL

We're gearing up for a big chili cook this saturday for the People's choice chili. I can make that ahead of time!

thanks Mouri! I'm gearing up tonight to cook the people's choice chili I need to make two gallons of the stuff and then I'll vacuum seal it and just heat it up next week at the contest. At noon on the 28th the gong will sound and I'll have three hours to make two quarts of chili!
