I expect it is not the WATER that Grillpup is worried about.Roflol
oh well, I can't drink milk it makes me sick! I know diet coke is bad for you but I'm working on that and I'm drinking diet coke a lot less... :-)

Yeah, it's probably the other liquid in the glass! LOL Wink And it's not that I'm saying he waters down his liquor...but ice does eventually melt! *snicker*

Oh great grill-dog....diets don't work...you have to change your eating habits.....speaking from years of experience.....you're better off eating several small meals a day. You have to balance carbs and protein together. Breakfast is a must have....a granola bar is carbs and will probably give you a "sugar boost" ( 4 grams of sugar = 1 teaspon) but having protein would be better. And doesn't most if not all alcohol turn to sugar when your body processes it? Beer has tons of carbs...maybe some Crystal lite is better. Oh heck we all talk a good game don't weMonkey

I'm assuming you mentioned because crystal lite is obviously a "lite" beer. I don't like the cold filtered beers... is it also low in carbs?
No beer.....the Crystal Light...stuff...pink lemonade and such....flavored water....diet stuff
