Of course, G-Man, I love chili and here's some great news, I'll probably shooting at the Hacienda de las Rosas in November even though the oyster show is canciled.

All this talk about Chili on the last few threads I've read are making me really hungry...My tummy is growling. I'm actually making chili for dinner tonight, but now I may make it earlier.

Chili is really good, I don't make mine to hot, if it's too watery don't forget you can add Mesa it helps the flavor and is a great thickener!
