I live in the "homeland" of Webber Grill.....actually just outside of Palatine, IL. There is a Webber Grill Resturant that has a HUGE grill out front (just for looks) but they do cook on the grills in the resturants. So my question is what kind of grill do you all use? According to Webber their most popular is the gas grill, I'm sure there was a certain one, but missed that on the news. Also you can buy there spices in the supermarkets here. Have any of ya'll tried them? I love meat "fired" on the grill but can't grill where I live...so most times I either have to pan fry steak or use the broiler (which scares me). Any tips on pan frying steaks??
you can actually get small stove top grilles, not sure how well they opporate. I have a Webber touch and go Charcoal Grille and a webber smoker and a champ chef three burner stove.
I've tried the "George" thingy and the cast iron grill thing that covers 2 burners...neither were much of a hit. I live in a high-rise building so the "real" thing is a no no, including gas grills.
oh we don't mention GF here, that thing is crap, gives a bad name to "George" I like the name George! it a great name starts and ends the same way Ge or Ge Cool. Have you tried what the iron chefs do? They have a big wok on the stove under a vent and light a small fire with a screen on top, I'd keep a fire extinguisher nearby

well, he was at a party and there was beer involved, lots of beer and we had candles and we had beans for dinner and my friend (did I mention lots of beer. Decided that it'd be funny to drop trow and see if he could blow out the candle by farting on it, well, I guess one of us should have told him that it would ignite the candle (I mentioned the lots of beer right) and he couldn't sit good for quite some time!
