One of the next episodes will be the Shrimp Episode. Grillpup is simply squiming to start throwing stuff at me again and what better then little cocktail shimp. I'm sure we're going to have ceviche and a jerk kabob maybe something special, probally butter and honey sauce and G-Man is going to make a special Bloody Mary, with shrimp???

yeah, when I was in mazatlan I filmed a scene with me in front of some pink flamingoes and I'm going to insert that into the episode, it should be cool.
How about a shrimp pasta? One of my favorite "go to" meals is linguine tossed while warm with pesto, shrimp and fresh tomatoes. Sprinkle a little parm on the top and YUMMY!! Are you going to have a head-on shrimp to display to the audience (in case they think that shrimp are headless beasts)??
oh yes we are going to have the head on shrimp for some of the shots. Can't have a show without that! But we've already done pasta and pesto so we're doing ceviche so I can talk about cooking shellfish in lemon juice. Cajun Style so G-Man can make a Cajun Bloody Mary with it and something else, I forget, where's my danged notes.

we already did hushpuppies in our fabulous fish fry episode, I didn't do the standard kind that you get in the restaurants they were awesatious!
well, with the fire around San Diego this past week I had plenty of time to be at home and work on the show. The Shrimp Episode is my 27th show and it turned out GREAT! with 28.5 minutes I only enough time to do the cajun spice, grilled shrimp, the ceviche and G-Man's Bloody Mary. It's stocked full of ACTION and recipes! yeah
This episode was okay.It felt like it was missing something.I just can't think of what it is.Anyways aside from that how come no capt awesome? Morgan wasn't getting on my nerves like last episode. I was rooting for Morgan when one of the customer at Buy More gave her number, but grrr stupid co-workers ruined it for him.Nothing important happened with Chuck and Sarah in this episode,but that's okay.I don't think I want them to hook up just yet.I need me some more funny Casey scenes.Chuck, Sarah,and Casey are the characters that makes me tune in every Monday.
