Yeah, Cheffy, hangs out a lot at the Kidney Fun Forum and here since she is a cook. I don't think she's into writing much. But we love everyone here! So all are welcome.
Eh, she really is a cook??!?? I thought it's just her hobby & interest.. But no wonder she hangs here a lot more...
actually she is a most awesatious and inspiring chef. Unfortunately she had kidney disease now. She was a big help in making my Kook'n for Kidney Episode where I have foods for folks with Kidney Disease. She's had a family emergency and won't be back for a few days.
Sorry about that Chef....I gathered that she was somewhat of an authority on cooking.
Maybe you can give us some ideas on healthy cooking when u return.This kidney disease is it curable?
I'm back now. Yes, I was a real live chef before I retired (and before that I was a college professor of psychology -- go figure). I will be happy to share some healthy eating tips if people are really interested. If so, I'll start a separate thread for it. Welcome, azzuhramy. No, I don't hang out much at Jude's forum any more. It is a good site, but I am not that interested in writing, as Grilldog has picked up.
yeah, I hang out over there because Jude and the folks at Lee books help me out with my show so we support each other, I perfer the fun over here LOL.... Wow a psych professor. I got my Bachelor's degree in psych and soc and my Masters in Education specializing in counseling and development and was a social worker for quite some time.
