Hi Grilldog, I just finished watching your 7th show. Thanks for you and Grillpup for sending me your entire set of shows for Mother's Day! I can't wait to watch them all... Here's my comment about your Holiday Special...

1)I watched the "Holiday Special" on my computer. took me awhile to figure I was supposed to right click the darn thing to get things going.

2) Is Billdog the same as the best man at your wedding? Did you color the mashed potatoes to make them pink? Is that lovely Bird of Paradise plant in your own backyard or is that Goodys?

3)Hey Grillpup, what were you doing while all this pineapple salsa preparation,etc, was going on? Were you chopping? I heard you laugh occasionally and I did see your face pop in quickly once.

4) This all looked like way to much work, unless of course it's part of the
party like with you guys. I hope it's all edited before going on TV. Especially the mashed potato segment. That was too over the top for an
ole dog like me.

5) It all looked like a lot of fun. Glad you are part of this bunch.
It wasn't mentioned whether the beer can chicken actually turned out
okay.

6) Perhaps Grillpup's Brother will be willing to watch the next one. I'll put it on the TV so I can fast forward.

1. Sorry about that, your copies are the TV version with the color bars and black out sequenced in.
2. yes, Billdog was the best man at our wedding and those are the birds of paradise in my back yard, I love them! The mashed potatoes were not colored, they sort of turned out that way.
3. Grillpup was signing Karaoke during the prep scene in the kitchen, she was really only around during the mashed potato segments. Go figure.
4. Sorry, it was over the top for you, we sure go way out some times, wait till the egg episode.
5. yes, it's a great time for all (I'm assuming you are telling Grillpup you are glad she's part of our crazy group... you are too, now! :0)
6. oh yes, I think John will like the ice cream episode LOL...

Well, as I told Mom, I put ketchup in the mashed potatoes to make them darker. Guess good ole Grilldog forgot that! LOL...

And I was having too much fun singing to help with the chopping!

it's hard to think when you have mashed potatoes in your ears and I'm already dreading the filming of the egg episode... I'll certainly need to find Billdog's Stash of Beer to get through that one.

Well, going by the script, it will be quite...uh...interesting! *snicker*

LOL... hey thanks for showing up at the grand opening of thorntons tonight, can't believe you left as I showed up... I was sleeping, busy single mom ya know! Show up for the champagne brunch tomorrow, I think it's still champagne!

well, we showed up but there wasn't a champagne brunch, thanks for stealing a bottle just for us... hope I left a big enough tip! LOL
