I am not talking patties, I am talking about the real gas expelled by cows. How would you like to be right behind a cow when it "toots"?? Not me. If you don't like patties, trust me you won't like the gas. Anyhow, the gas released by bovines is a major contributor to the destruction of the ozone layer and I don't think they've found a practical way to trap it.

actually, they do have a way to trap it, not as it is expelled but just the poo, they gather it up. Now I was at a horse farm once and this gal was at the rear end of a horse, she was pretty darned close when it let go a whooper of a fart! Words Fail Me!
