I'm not sure what normal is but I know I'm normal. I heard Mom and Dad talking last night and Mom had some sort of test of my swimming pool and it was checked out and the medical doctor told her that I am a Normal Boy! Yeah! I can't wait to get out of here and try all my Normalness on the world, I'm sure Mom and Dad will be a big help and keep me on the pathway of normalicy.
There's certainly nothing wrong with being normal. That just means that everything is where it's supposed to be and you don't have any defects. I tell you, that was a major weight off my shoulders when I received the good news yesterday.
That is truly good news, and a bit of a miracle considering that Grilldog was involved!! lol You will have plenty of opportunities to test the limits of "normal" soon enough, JD. My advice is to chill out in your pool for a few more months. Don't be too eager, though I predict that about October 15 your mom will be begging you to appear.
There's different definitions of normal, Jr Dog. For the most part, people running around saying they are normal or more normal then anyone else, what they are saying is that everyone else around are wrong and they are correct. Now the truth being Normal, is as anything else, how you look at it. For the most part it's based on a bell shaped curve, behaviors, morals, values etc vary from culture to culture, what is normal in THAT culture is what lies in that big hump in the bell shaped curve and abnormal is what lies on the fringes. Now scientists who study abnormalities and look for NORMAL control subjects consider normal to be without psychiatric or physiological maladies.

Normal differs from person to person, city block to city block, county to county, state to state, country to country etc. and that's the way it should be. The best we can do is except other peoples differences and love each other as a whole and that's a good Grilldog tip to live by
glad u r ok son....swim around in there spread ur wings - u might be a footballer yet.

Don't give mom and dad too much trouble hey, otherwise i might tell them of this little invention called the handcuff.

Being normal is great - keep it up. Go for 10/10 apgar when u r born.
I'm thinking more along the lines of a baseball player, me and my four fathers (not sure about the fifth) have always been great baseballers. In fact my dad was recruited by a major league baseball team when he was a teenager but he went and fought the war (WWWII) instead.
Well there u have a tradition already to live up to. I am sure your dad will be moer than happy to toss around the ball with u when u can sit and crawl.
that's true and I'm going to work with his right hand and left hand to see which he prefers, I don't believe in forcing a kid to be right handed like my folks did. I think you should develop the strong aspects that they have.
My father was left handed, my brother probably should have been, and yeah, Grilldog would probably have been as well. So there's a good chance Juniordog will be left handed. I won't mind and also can't imagine why they force children to write with their right hands. Just creates sloppy penmanship. haha
Yes, I was forcibly changed from a lefty to a righty in the first grade (after I already knew how to print passably well with my left hand). I can still remember the sharp side of that ruler!! Nothing wrong with being left-handed. I may be crazy but I have absolutely beautiful penmanship.
