I used your recipe for mushrooms tonight, and they were delicious. (lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, butter and pepper). I marinated them for about an hour then grilled them in a pan on the stove, of course. It's the first time I've ever liked mushrooms.
Cool, thanks! You can always add Garlic and/or cayenne to spice it up a bit. Or a handy Grilldog tip is that if you are in a hurry just marinate them in any olive oil based salad dressing you might have handy and then sautee them. :-)
I'll keep trying your recipes as the occasion warrents. Smile Keep grillin in style. Smile

Anyone for Mushroom Arabiatta?
ahh, if you have a good Mushroom Arabiatta recipe I'd love to have it! That's a spicy mushroom tomoto sauce for pasta dishes right?

Serve it up with a nicley chilled Pino Noir.
Or if your Billdog Beer.
That sounds awesome but I don't know if I can get Peccerino cheese around here. I'll have to check, if I can't can you recommend a substitute?

That's for the recipe, I'll certainly try that one out!
Parmegano
Peccerino is just a younger Parmezan. It is 11 months old.
