In order to provide a better state of the art DVD for you folks who would like to purchase a 4 episode DVD of Grilldog presents, I am working with lulu.com.

Lulu.com claims that I can load my files easily and effectively and they can distribute them to the world at a modest cost.

However, I have spent over 100 hours trying to get my files into a formate to deal with their antiquated equipment. For example, they require that 1 I can submit my files in an ISO 9660 formate, which has been out dated for years and is not the industry standard. My software is not that backwardly compatible. Their customer service is lame at best in that I have more techno knowledge then they do. If my files don't load properly and I ask what I can do, they just send me emails with copies of their help files... which doesn't help.

it's still not working. I hear that posting books on the site goes easy but their system is so slow and antiquated I'll be still trying to upload the first DVD at my son's graduation, and he's not even born yet

well, I still don't have the DVD I made and sent for and the cost of shipping was a whopping 10 dollars for 5 day fed ex ground! for a DVD!!! OMG, We sent them angry emails and posted nasty threads on their forum but it didn't seem to help. Oh well. I tried to keep the cost as low as possible. I guess if someone doesn't want to pay Lulu's price they can still get them at http://www.grilldog.com, it just won't be in as pretty of a package but it will be cheaper

I highly recommend any that wants to use print on demand do not use lulu.com, they suck. They charged me 10 dollars for shipment of 1 dvd that was in a bubble wrap folder, plus the danged thing didn't work. now I'm going to try create space, I'll get less of a commission but it'll be easier and it looks like a better product but I'll keep you all posted.

The more I deal with Lulu the less I like them, I'm giving them the hind leg salute in my howler for this month the rip off's
