I'm often asked, what are my favorite recipes or do I have any, especially, in the book that are better as far as I'm concerned then others. I'm sure there's about 10 recipes in the book that I've always considered were "knock your socks off" yummy. My Pasta Diablo is one of them. It is sort of a cross between a Caribbean and Hawaiian style of fettuccine. It has a variety of tropical fruits, bannanas, oranges etc along with garlic, habinero peppers and cilantro. It's quite nice and I think everyone is going to enjoy it. Unless they don't like hot stuff LOL
