When the gals from Pure Platinum decided to show up and Co Host my episode at Backyard creations I quickly changed Episode 47 from Pasta Diablo to Taco's II. Plus Nick from La Cook-a Rack-a LTD sent me a bunch of new taco racks. With all those racks, it would have to be a great time.
We had a great time, I'll be posting a lot of videos from this show. There was so much great footage that I know is just going to end up on the cutting room floor since I can only have 28.5 minutes for a show. I figure I'll post a lot that's not going to make it. Just for you my loyal pack of friends.
We made two types of tacos, one with tri tip and one with skirt steak. We topped them with spanish rice, mangos and a coleslaw made from a Carolina style BBQ sauce. Then just to be nutty, we smoked a brie wheel and topped it with a spicy nutty topping.
Plus we wanted to thank Jackie, Sarah and Dannica for showing up and co hosting the show as well as all the Grillpack of friends that showed up. Must have been those Taco RACKS!
