You've see all of those corporate sponsored celebrity chefs. Everyone of them have shown you how to make Jerky, however, did anyone of those high paid actors ever tell you that you can use jerky as an ingredient in other recipes? Of course not. As always, they left you short and wanting more. Once again Good ole Grilldog is here to save the day because we're better then Lassie!

The House of Jerky http://www.houseofjerky.net is going to provide a ton of their yummy Jerky and with the help of Minxy (Chef Isabella Small), our favorite chef from South Africa and head chef at Wit University, Our New Friend Chef Hallie Harron Owner of the Maison Mollans Ecole de Cuisine in France http://www.maisonmollans.com and another grillpack Newbie Chef Heather Turner http://www.forfengdesigns.com of forfeng designs, we are collaborating to bring an exciting array of recipes for my next episode "Jerk'n Around". With the Hospitality of the New Grande in El Cajon where we'll be filming on 8/15 Good Ole Grilldog and his Grillpack of friends will dazzle ya with 9 different recipes all using Jerky from the House of Jerky as an ingrediant. I have surfing regarding Recipes using Jerky as an Ingrediant and finally i got recipe and i am contribute here so helpful for all user

Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 lb Round steak, chuck steak or
-roast
1 t Onion salt
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/2 ts Lemon pepper
1/2 ts Sausage seasoning
1/2 ts Thyme
1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Marjoram
1/2 ts Basil

Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 8 hrs Combine the
spices in a dish. Cut the meat into strips less than 1/4 of an inch thick.
Remove ALL fat. Sprinkle one side with the combined seasonings and beat
with a meat hammer. Turn and repeat the seasoning and beating. Place the
strips on a cookie sheet or other flat pan. Place in a 120 F oven for 4
hrs. Turn and put back for another 4 hrs. Keep the oven door propped open
for the entire time to allow the moisture to escape. With a gas oven, the
pilot light may be enough to provide the heat. Store in a plastic bag. Also
may be stored in a pillowcase. Do not store in a paper bag.
