It's taking me for ever to edit my shows now!I just have too much going on but I finally finished Episode 53 Pig'n out. In this episode we went to Farrell's Fireside and BBQ in El Cajon on N 2nd Street. They had a brand new Echelon Fire Magic Grill that they wanted Good ole Grilldog to break in for them. What better way then by grilling a stuffed PIG! a WHOLE Stuffed Pig, donated by the kind folks at T&H Prime Meats and Sausages in San Marcus CA. Plus we made flavored butter to go with a ton of Grilled veggies as well as a tomatillo salsa that we stuffed some sea Trout With. It was all very great. So please enjoy a clip of the show.
