I knew I wouldn't feel like going into work today, the egg episode yesterday took a lot out of me, I even have scratches on my face! So I planned in advance and took a vacation day.

sick leave is a big issue everywhere. We have 36 days in a 3 year cycle, so if anyone wants to take more must go to the dr everytime and bring a sick note.Then we have a health risk manager analysis it and we still have the final decision with us. What the point again? After a year and a bit things are still not going anywhere. Never knew the dept of health had so many cases.

we just got lucky the company i work for just gave us 5 sick leave days off a year including our regularly earned vacation time woo hooo... That's great because I was sick as a dog today, the allergies were killing me. So I stayed home with the cats.

thanks, actually, I'm allergic to just about everything achoo, see!!! However, I pretty much tolerate it however, some times are worse then others and today was really bad, I'm going to shoot some crap up my nose the doc gave me (I hate that) but it'll let me sleep and I'll be able to breathe in the morning. Thanks Chefy!!!

Well I hope the stuff worked to take the "stuff" out of your nose!! I have allergies, too, and they make you feel as bad as any viral illness.

your replacement is doing a fine job. however, the person that took the car a part happened years ago. :-)
