Hello, here is a thread that I started on another forum. The saga is still going on so I brought it over here. I'm sure many of us have been faced with some pretty bad neighbors... here's my story...
I'm not a novice, I write real good. Here's a copy of a poem I wrote to my HOA because my neighbors are a bunch of druggies with large dogs that bark all of the time. BTW they claim they don't have any dogs, however, I sent them a picture of the two dogs they have. The also claimed one had died a few months ago.. So what do you think of my poetry?
One Dog, Two Dog, Three Dog Four,
How many dogs live next door?
From the attachment you will see,
One Dog, Two Dogs glaring at me.
One Dog, Two Dog, boy, I was surprised
since one was reported as demised
What Joy, what hope, someone must have cried
to confirm that the dog must not have died.
With truth and honesty, my camera aimed
did my neighbors lie? Oh what a shame!
I'm sure a good story is due, that's their game,
It's not their fault, they'll say, someone else must take the blame
Their screens, the mess, the yard is trash,
Perhaps they should stop smoking hash
Don't bother them, let's not be rash
because for now, they have to crash.

I'm tired of barking from next door.
they snap at my friends, they tare up the fence
They startled my Realtor and made her wince!
My story is done, the tail is true.

The saga continues, last night the neighbor lady got the notice from HOA regarding her dogs that she has but died and raised from the dead that she doesn't have, that's featured in the picture I took. It seems the dog was just visiting (from the dead?). Now they are building a bamboo barracade around their upper deck (the neighbors not the dogs - wait! Maybe the dogs ARE building it, that would explain it). The barracade, I guess, is so their neighbors can't see them smoking dope (which they don't do) or their dogs (that are dead and not running and barking in their yard)?

The dogs are still there so I'm taking more pictures and sending them to the HOA, the dogs have gotten into their trash and its scattered all over their 3feet tall grassy lawn. I'm sending in a picture of that too!

There was an HOA meeting on Wednesday Night, evidently, I'm now known as the Great White harrasing neighbor. Wednesday Morning the neighbors, who are renters, called the HOA and said they were the owners. That they are doing nothing wrong, the dog is still Dead and I'm just harassing them. Anyway, at the HOA I showed all the pictures of the Dogs, the Grass, the lanterns on their upper deck, their bamboo fortress on their upper deck, they're busted screens etc. It looks like the HOA is finally going to ignore their lies and take action. On a positive note, they did mow the lawn on Wednesday and I haven't seen either Dog for a couple days!

Yes, the latest is that there was a big HOA meeting and they denied everything untill they were shown the pictures. Of course they claim that they only have one dog in their yard, the other dog is someone else that just visits them... They negated the fact that their dogs are vicous and attack the fences and bark so loud none of the neighbors can enjoy their outdoor activities, I don't even invite people over any more. They simply think we are complaining that they have two pets, so they took a picture of my two cats and complained stating why am I allowed to have two pets and they can't!!! A++holes....

Here's the latest news on the good neighbors next door. After the HOA meeting in June that I reported in the last posting here, they did clean up their property and started keeping only one dog and kept him locked up most of the time. They did install a huge satellite dish to the side of the house (which is against the rules) and the HOA made them take it down. however...
A Couple weeks ago, I was walking back home from the store with two large bags of groceries and their 19 year old punk kid jumps in front of me and blocks my path, starts throwing karate chops at my face and tells me he's a ninja and has ninja powers, and that I better be careful... What an idiot. I just glared at him and walked away. However, I don't take threats from anyone, especially a punk as*ed doped up brat from next door. So I reported him to the HOA and over the weekend, their PitBull, which has tried to attack many of my friends when in the back yard as well as tried to attack the other neighbors when they are watering the yard, got out late at night and was running around the neighborhood. So tired of the HOA not really doing anything, I called the cops and they are going to report the dog to the animal control officers who are going to go over to my neighbors house today. Plus, tonight is an HOA meeting, this is going to be a good one.
Oh, the neighbors claim the dog got out because burglars busted their gate down. Burglers broke into a house with a huge pitbull, come on now! Plus what does that have to do with anything, Chain the dog up in the yard! Jeesh.... more to follow, I'm sure.
Later that night
Well, gang, the HOA meeting was postponed till next tuesday the 19th. So I guess I'll have to withdrawl my fangs for a few days. But I've still got my beedy little eyes open.
So now I'm just sitting outback with my two killer cats. They are on the prowl for a fresh kill I'm sure... dang, there goes another ant... Jeesh Amber, what brutality OMG Guinness, leave that poor grasshopper alone... Nothing like death to brighten a dull evening. LOL
Oh, just for the record, it's not that I don't like the dogs, I've lived here since 98 and have had many neighbors with dogs, bigger then the one next door now. However, they were peaceful and didn't try to attack people for no reason. Plus, I have to deal with the neighbors who lie about everything, serious drug users, and now their kid is openly threatening me. The HOA doesn't do much of anything so after the threat, I'm going to call the police on them any and every opportunity I can... Grilldog's don't take threats lying down! grrrrrrrrrr :-)
Here is a picture of Guinness, The BEAST! He's just finished off a fresh kill, I believe it was a black ant! If you get a super electron microscope you still might see the traces of blood gushing down his fangs... ROFL...

Just found out that the HOA called, my other neighbor that complains too and told him that if he sees the dog out any more to just call the HOA and they'll be sure to have the dog picked up! I'm sure they didn't like me calling the police and telling the police that the HOA never does anything. The police was actually surprised and told me that there were quite a number of laws that the HOA could use however, I told them that the HOA has done nothing other then fine these people for the past year and it's not going to get better unless some action is taken.
Hey, the night we were anticipating, the HOA met but there wasn't enough members to have a full meeting so they just took our complaints, so I told them about the neighbors son who threatened in the parking lot a few weeks ago... OMG the mother was there and spun a yarn so big, she could have made a blanket that would cover the entire osmond family and their kids kids kids... jeesh... Unbelievable anyway, I made it known that if her son ever gets near me or my family again I'd have him arrested and the HOA said go for it... so let's see what else. As God is my witness I've never seem people like this outside a Jerry Springer show jeesh!

I wish you luck on these kind of people, I don't know where they come from but yes maybe like you said from Jerry's show. lol.
Just look after Mrs Grilldog, because people like that will pounce on her if your'e not there to protect her hey.

Oh, I'll kick there butt... i worked in psych too long with too many looney's who thought they were God or Satan and wanted to unleash their deadly force, with that kind of background, I don't think a pot-head teenager really stands a chance.
I got home and just looked bug eyed, I couldn't believe the lady denied threatening me with a Civil Law suite on several occassion, the day I closed the door in her face she was going on and on about this Civil suit and just wouldn't have any sort of conversation so I said "There's just no talking to you is there" and closed the door. Now she's claiming she never mentioned a law suit. Jeesh. what a looser.
oh yeah, Grilldog them, I remember them, when i was there they had a heard of pit bull pups, and about 3 large ones all they did was bark the whole time and then the owners would just curse at them at the top of their lungs, you couldn't even film that day, that was over a year ago... still having troubles with them. Someone should kick that kids butt Nija warrior what a dope.
Well, The Pit Bull got out once again yesterday. I had taken the day off because my allergies were so bad. I noticed my cat Guinness was running around and looking spooked, I asked him what was wrong and he ran to the door and just stared out there, Sure enough the pit bull was out digging up our front lawn. Well as soon as it left i grabbed my neighbor and he took some pictures and we both called in the report. Then about 30 minutes later it looked like folks next door found the dog and brought it home, then there was tons of banging going on in the back yard, looked like the father was having a fit just tossing everything around. Well, we'll just have to wait and see what happens next.
