Cookies!
I got a recipe online and changed it a tiny bit. Instead of M&M's, I used frozen Reese cups chopped up. I made these Reese cookies completely from scratch (except for the Reeses pieces), and they turned out great!!! They melt in one's mouth!! mm.... This is the first time (that I can remember) that I made something completely from scratch by myself! *woot*
I'm going to make these cookies with only blue M&M's next week for my friend's baby shower. Can you guess why only blue M&M's?! lol.

Yes, and chocolate and peanut butter go great together! Throw some caramel in the mix, and I'm in heaven!

RE: Cookies!
oh, your basic M&M recipe, I think that is your basic brown sugar cookie recipe. Actually, you can take any premade dough and add M&M's or peanut butter cups and they'll be yummy!

RE: Cookies!
Yeah, but I've never made cookies from scratch until this recipe, so I didn't know how to make regular dough either. lol. I'm glad it turned out better than I thought it would though! I almost burnt them. I think my oven gets too hot.

RE: Cookies!
I have one of those silicone mats that I put the cookies on, it helps to keep the bottoms from burning and we all know no one wants their bottom's burnt!

RE: Cookies!
Yes, melted Reese's are complete yumminess. I used to make a cupcake in my restaurant that had a mini-reese-cup planted in the center. They were chocolate cupcakes and everybody loved them. Then there's chocolate-peanut butter pie which is kind of like a Reese's Cup in a pie crust. Absolute yumminess!!

RE: Cookies!
Hey, I'm on a diet LOL... I use to make yummy peanut butter ice cream and serve it with hot fudge. Once I got those chocolate candy souffle type holders and just diped the icecream in those, yum yum
