More Eggplant (or is that more insanity?)
Grilldog's first dish is one of his favorites, an all vegetable dish...
Grillrojo adds a "rat" to the veggies...
..and Grilldog makes a face as he explains that is not what goes in it.
Here are the veggies just off the grill...
Grillectable adds the cold veggies that go on top of the hot veggies...
....And G'dog tops it with Feta cheese...
...and then shows the different ways to eat it. Here he stuffs a tortilla.
...and on to the second dish that is prepared.
...Grillldog cuts the eggplant into long thin slices and then grills them...

G'dog then makes small thin eggplant slices and adds olive oil & spices...
...and then grills them. Grillbabe enjoys a slice fresh off the grille!
