New Episodes
Family Fishing Fun, we filmed Family Fishing fun as guests on the charter boat Big Game 90 (www.biggamefishing90.com) over by H&M Landing in San Diego. We took off, with me, Grilldog, my camera man, Beer Dog and the lovely co-host Anna, plus about 40 guests. On Sundays it’s Kids fish free! Well, 1 kid per parent. The cost is very reasonable, they keep the costs down because great companies sponsor their trip by donating rods, reels, tackle and even some great prizes. I got so carried away with the excitement I even donated one of my recipe books, Grilldog’s Guide to Food, Fun and Friend to be given to the grand prize winner! It was a bit rocky getting out to the Mexican waters and I didn’t keep a tally of who lost their lunch and who didn’t, my head was over the rail most of the time so I didn’t see. But if you are looking for some fun family fishing or just a few days out for yourself, give them a bark and tell them Grilldog Sent ya, you’ll be glad you did. For this episode I made 5 flavored tartar sauces, smoked red chili and Jalapeño, Cucumber, Spicy BBQ Cucumber, Smoked Bell Pepper and a spinach artichoke tartar sauce. They were all great although one little gal needed a HUGE glass of water after sampling the Spicy BBQ Sauce… sorry as soon as I finish editing Pork’n Out (I just started editing that, I’ll edit Family Fishing Fun)
Bloody Sunday, although No official sponsor, we showcased Grill Charms and Flame disks. It was about 107 degrees Fahrenheit and we were exhausted. I’ve seen the raw footage and I think I should call the show, 2 fat bastards get drunk. LOL ya know that’s going to be a great show.
I am still working on and hope to do the Chocolate Peanut Butter Episode (my tribute to Chef Nancy who was more than a mentor to me) in September, I just need a venue where I can really make a mess.
Tailgating - Proposed for 11/1 at Pure Platinum the ultimate Sports Bar, we’ll be making sausages… Join us and watch the Chargers and Raiders away game after the show. I’ve got some cool ideas for this one and hopefully, some new sponsors as well as some old ones!

So far we’ve completed filming Jerk’n Around, an entire episode about recipes using Jerky and Bloody Sunday where there was a different Jerky garnish in each Drink. I hear there were even sake marinated pickle slices!
Tailgating Party at Pure Platinum, we’re going to have games, prizes and have the gals make sausages! You won’t believe what I am cooking up! Coming Soon! Hopefully 11/1 just before the Chargers Play the Raiders in Oakland. So all my tailgate buddies better be there! Jr Dog Update:
Jr dog at 9.5 months is starting to read. What a Great kid! He has some teeth coming in, still can stink up the neighborhood with a good poo (that’s MY BOY!) and he just loves his dad! I’m also making some of his own food, pureed veggies and fruit, he loves avocados!

Grillpup feels there’s too much testosterone in the house, especially after she saw Grilldog and Jr Dog chowing down on Dill pickles! An infant eating a dill pickle? That’s MY BOY!!! NO it wasn’t the sake marinated pickles, jeesh, have some faith!

Grilldog’s new hang out, the VFW in El Cajon! Grilldog was volunteering in the kitchen and I hear he made some awesatious beef stir fry and egg drop soup! So I’ll salute the VFW and all of our fighting guys and gals in the services, good job all!

NO ONE Not there aren’t anyone out there that deserves a good hind leg salute, there’s plenty. I drive a motorcycle now and I can’t believe how bad people drive. Plus there’s a bar owner or two who totally let me down. However, it’s too hot to care! Maybe next month, I’ll have some good leg swinging hind leg salutes.
